GIUSEPPE RESCIO

Giuseppe Rescio is professor of Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Milan’s School of Law, a member of the “Institutions, Enterprise, Labour” PhD commission at the university and has also been a member of the Commission for International Studies at the National Council of Italian Notaries. He is also co-founder and director of the Company Law Review magazine (RDS – Rivista di Diritto Societario).

Giuseppe has been a notary in Milan since 1991. His office is situated close to the Duomo.
